PraxisMobile is a free and works with PraxisTime application hosted at your organization data center. The app is intended for use as is. The following information provides details of policies for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for users of any PraxisMobile Service.

If you choose to use PraxisMobile, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Personal information collected by PraxisMobile is used to provide and improve the service. Your personal information will not be shared with any party, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at PraxisMobile, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

In order to fully use the features of PraxisMobile, you may be required to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to, Name, Workday Hours, Location of Job. All this data is stored within your organization’s data center and none of this is accessible to the developer.

Log Data

In case of an error on the app, PraxisMobile collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone when you use the app. This is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device internet protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when the Service is used, date and time of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used unique, anonymous identifiers. These are sent to you browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

PraxisMobile does not use these ‘cookies’ explicitly; however, the app may use third party code and libraries that use ‘cookies’ to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these ‘cookies’ and will know when a ‘cookie’ is sent to your device. If you choose to refuse ‘cookies’ used in PraxisMobile, you may be unable to use some features of this Service.

Security

PraxisMobile values your trust in providing personal information in the app and we strive to use commercially acceptable methods of protecting it; but, users should remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable. For this reason, absolute security of your personal information cannot be guaranteed.

Child Privacy

This Service is not designed for anyone under the age of 13 years. PraxisMobile does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

PraxisMobile may update its Privacy Policy from time to time so you are advised to review this page periodically for changes. PraxisMobile will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
