WELCOME TO PRAXON INFORMATICS. PraxisMobile is a free application designed to work seamlessly with the PraxisTime application hosted at your organization’s data center. This service is provided by Praxon Informatics and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using the PraxisMobile Service.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide a functional time-tracking service, PraxisMobile requires certain personally identifiable information. This information is used strictly to provide and improve the service.

Personal Data: Name and Workday Hours.

Storage: All personally identifiable data is stored within your organization’s private data center. Praxon Informatics (the developer) does not have access to, nor does it host, your personal attendance data.
2. Location Data Disclosure (Critical)
PraxisMobile accesses and collects your device's precise location data to support core attendance features.

Specific Usage: Location data is used exclusively to verify that you are within an authorized geographical area when performing a "Punch In" or "Punch Out" action.

Foreground Access Only: PraxisMobile only accesses your location while you are actively using the app to record your attendance. The app does not track your location in the background or when the app is closed.

No Sharing: Your location coordinates are transmitted directly to your employer's data center. This data is not shared with Praxon Informatics, nor is it sold to any third-party marketing entities.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
